Who is responsible
Deck Zero is operated by Lívia Leão, CNPJ 35.850.907/0001-24, based in Brazil. One person reads what you send and answers for how it is handled. Contact:livia.leao@deckzero.io.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us. If you book a call, you enter your name, e-mail and anything you add to the booking on the scheduling page (Cal.com), not on this site. If you write to us by e-mail or message us on LinkedIn, we keep that conversation.
What we do not collect
No analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no cookies. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, not from third parties.
What we use it for
To hold the call, answer you, and decide whether the problem is one we can solve. Nothing else. We do not add you to a newsletter or a sequence, and we do not sell, rent or share your message for marketing.
Who else touches it
Service providers that carry the data for us: Cal.com, which runs the booking page and receives what you enter there; Google (Workspace and Calendar), which holds our e-mail and calendar, including the booking and its video link; and the hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs such as IP address and time of request. They process the data to deliver the service, not for their own use, under their own privacy policies. Because we are in Brazil and you may not be, your details travel across borders to reach us.
How long we keep it
Bookings and messages that do not become an engagement are kept for up to 12 months, in case the conversation restarts, and then deleted. If we work together, the information becomes part of the engagement record, under the terms of the contract.

What you can ask us
Ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Send the request tolivia.leao@deckzero.io from the address you used. We answer within 15 days. This applies wherever you are, including under Brazil's LGPD and Canada's PIPEDA, and the equivalent rights in US state laws such as California's.
Changes
If this changes, for example by adding analytics, the date at the top changes and the new version replaces this one before the change takes effect.
